Panel d'experts de l'UEFA composé d'experts de la formation des arbitres et de l'organisation de l' arbitrage, qui a pour tâche d'assister la Commission des arbitres de l'UEFA dans son travail et, notamment, d'agir en tant que consultant pour la Convention concernant l' arbitrage, de développer les structures nationales de l'arbitrage, d'élaborer les dispositions d'application de la Convention concernant l'arbitrage, de proposer les modules appropriés, de définir les exigences de qualité minimales requises pour chaque module, de rendre compte régulièrement de ses activités à la Commission des arbitres de l'UEFA et à l' Administration de l'UEFA, d'aider les associations membres de l'UEFA à développer l'arbitrage, et d'organiser et d'assurer la formation des associations membres de l'UEFA par des cours ciblés.Syn.
